Integral Fitness

The training log that does the math.

Integral Fitness runs your program, fills in every set before you lift it, and turns what you log into numbers you can trust: estimated maxes, a bodyweight trend, the muscles you actually trained, and food against target. Offline, on your phone.

Every set, one tap.

Home shows the day that comes next in your program with every lift prescribed. Start it, and each set arrives filled in from your targets and your last session. Tap to log it; the rest timer starts on its own and keeps time while the phone sleeps.

  • Double progression that raises the weight when you earn it
  • Plate breakdown for the next barbell set, in kg or lb
  • Warm-ups, timed holds, and swaps mid-workout
  • Linear programs or pick any day; freestyle when you are off plan

Progress you can believe.

An estimated max for every lift, from sets you would count yourself. A bodyweight trend that weighs each reading by the days since the last one, and no weekly rate until there is a week to measure. A map of the muscles you trained this week, not the ones a template assumes.

  • Strength, bodyweight, volume, and training calendar
  • DOTS once you have a real powerlifting total
  • Intake next to results, week by week

Eat to a number.

Calorie and macro targets come from your bodyweight, goal, and activity, with protein set first. Log food by search, by saved meal, or as daily totals when that is all you have. A day counts as on target within ten percent.

  • Food library, meals, and copy yesterday
  • Calories only, macros, or full nutrients
  • Targets move when your bodyweight does

The math, stated.

Every number in the app is computed from what you logged, by rules you can read here.

Estimated 1RM
Epley, from sets of 1 to 12 reps. Higher-rep sets do not count toward a max.
Bodyweight trend
A moving average that weights each reading by the days since the last. One reading per day; a weekly rate appears after seven days.
Bodyweight lifts
Pull-ups and dips count your whole bodyweight plus added load; push-ups count 64 percent of it.
DOTS
Only from a squat, bench press, and deadlift total. Nothing else stands in.
Volume
Load times reps for weighted sets. Timed and distance sets are tracked on their own.
Plates
Rounded to the nearest weight you can load on the bar, in your unit.
Nutrition targets
Energy from your expenditure and goal rate; protein by bodyweight first, then fat, then carbohydrate from what remains.
