Privacy

Integral Fitness has no account and no server. Everything you log stays on your phone, and Integral Inference never receives it.

What we collect

Nothing. The app contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash reporting, and it makes no network requests of its own.

Where your data lives

Workouts, programs, bodyweight, food, and settings are stored in one database file inside the app on your device. Your phone’s own backups may include it.

Apple Health and Health Connect

Off until you turn them on. When on, the app reads your step count and saves completed workouts. Health data is never used for advertising and never leaves your device through the app.

Calendar and reminders

Off until you turn them on. The app adds your planned and completed workouts to a calendar you choose, and schedules reminders on the device.

Embedded API

Off by default. If you start it in Settings, it serves your own data to devices you choose, and only to requests carrying the tokens it shows you.

Export and deletion

Settings exports all of your data as JSON. Reset all data in Settings, or deleting the app, removes it from the device.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
